Installation Accessories for the SE, TE and S Caravan Movers

Caravan Mover Assembly

The following distances must be adhered to (in disengaged position):
*   20mm between rollers and road wheel
*   +/- 30mm between centre line of rollers and wheel
*   106mm between centre point of the fixing tube and tyre
*   110mm minimum ground clearance with a fully-loaded vehicle

The standard fixing kit supplied allows the assembly on to L-Profile or U-Profile chassis (in front of the axle) without further accessories.

Standard Chassis with L-Profile or U-Profile.  Fitted behind the axle.
Additional equipment to compensate for insufficient chassis depth (usually 30mm):
2 x 60010-66000 spacer plates set (2 of each)
1 x 60010-70000 screw set (8 of each)

A maximum of 3 spacer plates (total 45mm) can be used to compensate for insufficient chassis depth.

With a chassis depth less than 140mm the shallow chassis kit must be used.
Standard-Shallow Chassis.  Fitted in front of or behind the axle.

Installation kit to compensate for insufficient chassis depth: 60010-64900 shallow chassis kit (2 pieces).

For instances where the chassis must be drilled, an inspection by an official specialist is necessary!
BPW Shallow Chassis Vario III one-piece.  Fitted in front of or behind the axle.
