Minimum Order Value
UK minimum order value of £15 plus carriage. Orders with a value greater than £150 will be delivered free of charge.
(Except for windows, axles and awnings where all deliveries will incur a carriage charge.)
Minimum order value for Ireland is £250 and all orders over £250 will be delivered free of charge.
Lead Times
Spare Parts: Orders received before 12.30pm (except on Fridays and week-ends) will be despatched the same day and
will be delivered to you on the next working day (ie with you in two working days after placing order).
Furniture/Accessories: Are generally pre-ordered/scheduled, however a wide range of products are available ex-stock.
Deliveries
Any damaged goods or delivery discrepancies must be reported to our Sales Office on 01283 586060 within 24 hours
of delivery.
Returns
Claims will only be accepted when made on the official returns form. Click here to download. Alternatively, returns pads are available from one of our Sales Representatives or from the
Sales Office. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Warranty
All products supplied are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for 12 months. This does not cover general wear and
tear or neglect. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
