How do I become a trade customer?

Click here to register as a trade customer.  If your business meets our criteria, your account will be approved and you will be able to place your order online straight away if you wish.

I've registered but I can't log in.

To log in, you need to enter your username and password.  Your username is the email address which you used when you registered.  Your password is the password you chose when you registered.  Log in details are case sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgotten password" link and it will be emailed to you immediately.

After 3 failed log in attempts, you will be locked out of your account for 15 minutes.  Please try logging in again after that time.

What's your carriage free amount?

Our minimum order quantities to recieve free carriage is:

UK Mainland: £150

Northern Ireland: £250

Do you dropship?

No, we do not offer a dropship service.
