Meet our Team

Pete O’Gara is our Retail Sales Team Leader

Working directly with our retailer partners around the UK, Pete creates partnerships to offer all products and services needed to help the retailer’s business to grow, from technical support and new products, through to competitive prices and new ways to order, such as our dedicated online portal.

In his personal life, Pete keeps very busy, with a family of 3 children and he also finds time to get to the gym too.

Pete quite rightly believes that being positive and working towards being the best he can, in turn makes a difference to our company.

Kate Bietkowski is our Credit Controller

Kate works with all of our retailer partners, manufacturers and convertors, both in the UK and Europe, to keep their trading accounts operational and within agreed credit limits.

She loves to spend time going for walks and visiting family, as well as being at home with her fiancé and pets. Cooking is also a passion too.

Working at Miriad for four years, Kate loves our friendly team, feels valued that her contributions are listened to. “Joining Miriad was the best decision I’ve made.”

Lian Wharton is our OEM Account Manager and Team Leader

During Lian’s 16 years with the team at Miriad, he’s gained excellent product knowledge and real understanding of the needs of our manufacturing and convertor customers, helping them with all aspects of their build and fit-out requirements.

A real sportsman, Lian has played professional cricket and golf, the latter with work colleagues. He also has three children and a dog, who he likes to take walking both locally and further afield, particularly, North Wales.

Lian enjoys all aspects of his role with Miriad. “We have a great team and I particularly like building relationships and having the craic!”.

Terry Hampson is a Mobile Service Engineer

Terry’s role is all about keeping our customer’s businesses moving. He’s based on the road, travelling to locations throughout the country, helping to fit Automatic Trailer Controls as well as tending to any warranties and repairs that our manufacturers and convertors need.

His favourite part of working with the team at Miriad is being out and about working on caravans and motorhomes, and walking away leaving happy customers.

Mark Adams is a Technical Service Engineer

Mark’s role is also about keeping our customer’s moving, and works with both manufacturers and end customers – travelling to manufacturers, dealers and customers home addresses, as required.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys riding motorbikes, and trying his hand at clay pigeon shooting.

Mark likes to see our customers pleased that he’s been able to problem solve and work with them to find the right solution.
